AVRUPA Residences - Camlivadi Project

Avrupa Residences Camlivadi project offers a brand-new lifestyle with 919 apartments across 19 blocks. Located just 1 minute away from the TEM highway, the project combines the convenience of transportation with the tranquility of the lush forest nearby, making life exclusive with many features such as quality, comfort, and social spaces.

Thanks to the blending of different textures and colors, the architect has easily applied their unique design to this project, especially choosing Stonewrap natual manufactured stone veneer products for the common areas. The exteriors of the common areas in the Avrupa Residences Camlivadi project are decorated with more than 3000 square meters of our Masso and Atlas decorative cultured stone models.

VILLA "SW", Bellagio with a stunning view of Lake Como 

“You might think philosophy is difficult enough; however, compared to being a good architect, it is nothing.”

Famous philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein said this while helping to design the house of his sister, Margaret Stonborough-Wittgenstein.

Architect Marco Castelletti, supporting the truth of this statement, aimed to create a new form while preserving the topography of the sloping terrain when designing Villa “SW.” He also sought to broaden the view of the enchanting Lake Como and Bellagio as one ascends the villa’s floors, incorporate materials and stones that reflect the region's character, and make references to Como’s local heritage.

This is where the designer’s vision and ours intersect. Our model, which is almost a reproduction of the region's natural stones, was chosen by Architect Marco Castelletti due to its irregular structure and lighter weight compared to natural stone. The extraordinary harmony of contrasts in the building's design is complemented by the rich, amorphous structure of Rupe. The project is named "SW" as a subtle nod to Stonewrap, which is perfectly aligned with the design.

The villa is also a great example of the application of dry-stacked culture stone for thermal insulation.

Private Farmhouse in Dağyenice, Bursa

This charming detached villa located in the Dağyenice district of Bursa captivates all who see it. The villa is situated within a large farm. Designed with care by Architect Atilla , the two-story villa features a garden and a swimming pool. The designer chose one of our modular product models, Arcadia , for the villa’s walls and poolside. The Arcadia, which stands out with its modern lines, complements the villa's architecture. A total of 110 m² of product was used, with Stonewrap Arcadia Black Diamond on the villa's exterior and Arcadia Ash decorative culture stone around the pool.

An Eagle's Nest in Canakkale

A mountain village in Canakkale. An old house with an extraordinary view. The owners purchased this old house, and with the help of a professional team, they quickly designed and began restoration. The entire renovation work was completed in just three months. Next to the house is a large garden with a decorative pond, and the ground is covered with Stonewrap Isola floor stone. From this garden, you can access a small detached house that was formerly a basement but has now been converted into an independent living space.

The main entrance of the house is from the upper street. On the entrance floor, there are bedrooms and a bathroom. Stonewrap Granulbrick series cladding bricks have been used throughout all the spaces on this floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The upper floor features a terrace with Isola 20 series floor stone, offering a breathtaking view where you’ll feel like you're in an eagle's nest. On this floor, partition walls were removed to create a spacious volume, and a fireplace was added. For the kitchen and fireplace areas, Stonewrap Ferrara series brick cladding was preferred. The accessories used in the house were gathered from antique shops in various countries and Turkey to preserve the historical texture of the village house. The owners shared a photo showing the house before and after the renovation. This photo illustrates the transformation, and we felt it was worth sharing.

TURRAHERHÖHE - Austria

The Turracherhöhe is a beautiful village located in the Nock Mountains, the western part of the Gurktal Alps. You can go skiing, ice-skating, enjoy the mountains and lakes, have extraordinary mountain bike and hiking experiences.

Before this place became famous for tourism in the 20th century, only people used to live there were farmers, lumberjacks, seasonal miners and of course, stonemasons. There were limestone and dolomite mines in the area. As a consequence, wood and stone have been the major elements of the region’s architecture.

This project consists of 10 chalets that show the engaging harmony of wood and stone. Masso Ash makes the sturdy look impression against the freezing cold of the Turracherhöhe thanks to its bulky structure and rough chiseled surface.

JUMEIRAH Golf Estates in Dubai

Jumeirah Golf Estates is one of the world's most prestigious residential golf developments made up of a collection of individually designed villas within a secure gated community. It offers a tranquil lifestyle with many beautifully landscaped outdoor activities, isolated from the city crowd and babel; yet not far away as a distance to Dubai city center or Abu Dhabi. The villas are under the influence of Mediterranean architectural styles such as Haceinda, Tuscan, Provencal, Riviera and Andalus.

Ten years after Stonewrap stones are installed on many Jumeirah Golf Estates villas, Stonewrap’s deep textured slate model  was requested again on this Tuscan style villa. The most distinctive feature of this villa is that it is one of a kind custom built exclusive house.  It has a full view of the golf course, an infinity edged pool and private garden. It is in Wildflower Region and it is named as “The Signature”.

PRIVATE Villa 13 in Istanbul

This lovely private villa is located in Silivri near Istanbul and takes attention with its modern architecture as well as its cottage style. Silivri is cold and rainy in winter and warm in the summer. It is a nice summer break place for those who are overwhelmed by the hot weather. 

In this project, Stonewrap stones are installed both indoors and outdoors. Our products are durable in all kinds of climate conditions. The architect achieved the modern look with Kronos Avorio and the customized blend product contributed to capturing the cottage style.

PRIVATE Villa 25 in Gomec - Turkey

At the heart of Gomec, a contemporary building proudly stands, adorned with exterior Stonewrap Tudor stone cladding. This building, with its modern design, fits right into the lively atmosphere of Gomec, where the owner runs a boutique olive oil business. The owner, who makes high-quality olive oil, has made sure the building reflects their values.

The exterior of the building beautifully showcases our Tudor in Ash color. This choice not only adds a touch of modern elegance to the structure but also seamlessly harmonizes with the natural shades of the surrounding olive trees. Stonewrap Tudor stone wall cladding in Ash color lends a timeless appeal that complements the contemporary design, creating a captivating visual blend that captures the essence of both innovation and tradition.

Sapanca, the charming town of Sakarya, could be described as a hidden paradise among the travel routes. In the recent years, the town is also preferred for short-term holidays because of it’s beautiful lake and green areas.

Hayat Villas are intertwined with nature and they have a magnificent view of the Sapanca lake. Our modular stone veneer Kronos Avorio, which stands out with its strong and durable appearance, was preferred for the exteriors of all 18 villas.

A SPECTACULAR Villa in Buyukcekmece

Surrounded by three different seas, the Thrace region has hosted many cultures from mythology to history with its cosmic structure. The region, which has a unique nature with its streams, forests and mountains, is famous with viticulture.

Inka manufactured stone veneer keeps up with the dynamics of the region by giving the building a cellar atmosphere, especially with corner applications at the entrances and under the bridge. While the choice of pearl color accompanies its clean nature, the texture and cut of the stone modernize the structure and bring it to the present.
