Application Areas:
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Surface Preparation:
- The application surface must be fully cured.
- The surface must be free of dust, oil, tar, bitumen, paint, silicone, curing compounds, detergents, and formwork oils that may hinder adhesion.
- The surface should be moistened to remain damp before application. If the surface is highly absorbent, a primer should be applied before proceeding.
Mortar Preparation:
- 25 kg of STONEWRAP Manufacturing Stone and Brick Veneer Adhesive Mortar should be mixed with approximately 5-6 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved.
- The prepared mortar should be left to mature for 5-10 minutes, then mixed again for 1-2 minutes before use.
- The mixed mortar should be used within 1.5 - 2 hours.
Application Information:
- The material should ideally be applied with a trowel, and a double-sided bonding method should be used by applying the adhesive both to the back of the covering material and to the surface.
- The covering material should be placed within 15-20 minutes of applying the adhesive.
- For strong adhesion, press firmly using a rubber mallet.
- Consumption: Varies depending on the application surface.
Precautions:
- Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C.
- Do not exceed the recommended amount of water in the mix.
- Avoid applying on frozen surfaces, areas at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or surfaces exposed to direct sunlight and strong wind.
- Do not add additional water or powder to expired mortar.
Packaging:
- Available in 25 kg kraft bags.
Shelf Life:
- Can be stored for 12 months in a dry environment in its unopened packaging, stacked up to 10 layers on a pallet.
Health and Safety:
- As with all chemical products, avoid contact with food, skin, eyes, and mouth during use and storage.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask during application.
- In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
- In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
- Keep out of reach of children.

These values may vary depending on environmental conditions. High temperatures shorten setting times, while low temperatures extend them.
